Summary: A man wearing rubber fishing boots comes out of a sewer pipe and embarks on an investigation of Russian dairy industry. His journey leads him to discover flabbergasting historical evidence that he cannot piece together without enlisting the help of a senior CIA officer. The film is a mock spy thriller.
